We have been in the unit for about 2 years and we have had nothing but good experiences from being here. The staff has always been super helpful when answering questions. The maintenance team have always been super fast at addressing any problems we have had and they have been super quick with getting the problems resolved! We love the area and location and the price is very reasonable!

We are coming to the end of our 6 year stay in the Arlington Village Townhomes and have been so thankful to be a part of the community. They have always had excellent communication and been very welcoming. When service was needed, it was always completed in a timely manner with respect for our belongings and cat. For the price, the amount of space you get is excellent and would highly recommend the Townhomes!

I enjoy living here, this is the second time we have lived in this complex and it has been a great experience each time, the leasing office has always been kind and ready to assist us with our needs Kara and Makayela were very helpful and super nice throughout the process of our application and move in, maintenance has always been very responsive, and it is cozy here, it was awesome that we were allowed to tour around and given options to choose from too.
